Penetrating Concrete Sealers
Bone Dry penetrating concrete sealers protect against moisture infiltration and water vapor. Moisture vapor can destroy adhesives, damage your flooring prematurely and cause mold and mildew to grow. Our concrete sealers come in four varieties: Original, Plus, driveway and Pro. The Plus and Pro concrete sealers include antimicrobial technology that prevents mold, mildew, and bacteria from growing on the surface making them great for protecting unfinished basements. Our sealers are also a densifier. A densifier is a chemical that reacts with the byproduct of concrete slabs called free lime, which is composed of calcium carbonate. Densifiers fill in the small porous holes that form from water evaporation during the curing process. When the densifier and free lime react, they form a harder and denser surface, making the concrete surface look better, more durable and better at stopping moisture.
