Bone Dry Products, Inc. wants to make your shopping experience easy. Our processes for cancelling orders and/or handling returns is straightforward. We want you to feel comfortable shopping with us and be satisfied with both your purchase and our service.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased through Bone Dry Products Inc, please notify us as soon as possible. You can return the product for a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Any returns must take place within 10 days of order.
As soon we receive the item back, we will issue a credit to the credit card used for the original transaction less the 20% restocking fee and original shipping costs. The purchaser is free to send return shipments using the most affordable shipping option.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are included on all orders except for the 55 gallon drum. Shipping prices will be quoted prior to order fulfillment.
Cancelling Orders
We allow you to cancel your own orders in a number of easy ways:
Click on the "Cancel Order" button on the order confirmation screen during the checkout process. If the order is already placed, you may contact our offices at 262-564-8422 to cancel within one hour after ordering.
