The BONE DRY Moisture Meter is designed to measure the relative humidity of the interior of a concrete slab and give results that are compliant with ASTM F2170 which was adopted in September, 2002. By determining the relative humidity of the interior of a concrete slab you can more accurately predict what will happen when the concrete is covered with a floor covering or coating. If excessive moisture is present in the slab it dramatically increases the probability for a failure of any application that is installed over the concrete surface.
