PRIMER penetrates deeply into porous substrates where its active ingredients fill small cracks and voids and interstitial spaces between the matrix particles. These deposits will react with BONE DRY CONCRETE SEALER to fill all of the small spaces within the substrate to form a permanent water barrier.

SURFA-SEAL is specially formulated to protect above grade masonry and concrete against absorption of water and stains. The silicon polymers contained in SURFA-SEAL are chemically compatible with (and become a component part of) the surface of stone, brick, block or concrete.

As SURFA-SEAL penetrates deeply into the pores of the masonry surfaces, it undergoes a chemical reaction with the moisture and carbon dioxide it contains to form a stable, highly water, stain and acid resistant barrier which dries in 24 hours.

"Just a quick note to brag about the results. I have had a professional company working on mitigating our home for a year. After two radon pumps and to many holes in the floor and walls to count I told them enough is enough and that they are not drilling another hole in my home. I told them to go away and I would let them know when I was ready to test again. After applying Bone Dry to the entire basement floor I called them for a recheck. I had removed one of the radon pumps and rerouted some of the suction pipes mostly for aesthetics. The lowest reading using all of their methods was 6.2 and the cost was close to 3000.00.
